Attorney John Breen
|
Mr. Breen's experience is uniquely broad and intensely focused. His career commenced in the Attorney General's office, handling hundreds of litigation enforcement matters for various government agencies, in many forums, including the Ohio Supreme Court. After confronting the prominent John Jack Chester in one such case, who had represented President Richard Nixon in connection with Watergate, Mr. Breen soon found himself on the other side of the fence, and became a civil litigator in Mr. Chester's law firm, Chester, Wilcox & Saxbe (which later merged with the mega firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister). Years later, Mr. Breen side tracked as in house counsel and vice president in the Terminix™ operations for much of Ohio, which his family had owned for seventy years. After the venture was sold, Mr. Breen returned to the practice of law, where he maximizes his experience in litigation, business, and corporate operations.
